This program is designed to give you steady, sustainable progress through monthly live lessons, weekly video submissions, and guided homework.
Like any good quest, your success depends on showing up and participating—your dog’s growth happens in the practice between our sessions.

To help us stay on track, this form will:

• Capture your availability so we can schedule lessons in advance

• Confirm how you’d like to receive homework and reminders

• Give you the option to add in-person lessons if you’d like extra support

Your commitment matters: missed or skipped lessons mean missed opportunities for your dog’s progress. Filling this out sets us up for consistency and clarity as we begin.
